Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality counter display. If you need the samples, We will charge the sample fee. The sample fee will be refunded in future orders.
Q: How long can I expect to get the samples?
A: The samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days.
The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days.
Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: Small Qty is about 7 to 15days. Bigger Qty about 15-20 days.
Q: Why I need pay for customs fees ?
A: Everyone buy something from other country should pay tax for custom, but Customs fees is depend on your country’s custom. Q: If the product I buy from you have some problem, what should I do?
A: The goods before we ship out will be checked whether it is good or not, if is damaged, we won’t ship to our customer .
